Shipping and delivery  

1. Please note that shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions and destination.

2. The shipping cost of item(s) purchased in Nawaitu concept is based on the costs incurred by Courier Company.

3. Our aim is to have your items shipped to you as fast as possible.

4. If product is in stock, normally will take one (1) to three (3) working days for packing process and delivery will take three (3) to five (5) working days after the order has been shipped. All delivery lead times are estimated.

5. If due to any unforeseen reasons that any product(s) in a Transaction is not-in-stock, the order of not-in-stock product will be cancelled and refunded. The refund notification will be sent by email and WhatsApp. Therefore, only the available items will proceed to delivery.

6. Request for separate/partial delivery shall not be entertained. (not allowed by courier services)

7. All deliveries will be carried out via courier companies appointed by Nawaitu concept only. Please do not use a P.O. Box address for delivery.

8. All deliveries are within Malaysia.

9. In the event that the item(s) or parcel is undelivered and/or unclaimed by the customer from Courier Company, customer can directly request for second attempt from courier company. In the event the item(s) / parcel is returned to Nawaitu concept, we will cancel and refund the amount paid minus the delivery fee. Customer will have to re-submit a fresh new order. Re-delivery request shall NOT be entertained.

10. Orders are shipped on business days only, Monday-friday

11. After delivery, Nawaitu concept will send an email that contains tracking number to the customer usually within 24 hours. The current status can be found on the courier service website with tracking number provided.

12. Self pick-up is available at Nawaitu concept. The address is as below:

13. You will receive an email from us once our system acknowledges your order, but take note that your order is not ready for collection immediately after receiving the email. It may take 1-3 working day. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email and WhatsApp notification. We will prepare your order as soon as possible.

All prices on our website do not include shipping. Shipping costs will automatically be added during checkout. Please take note of the possible charges and free shipping* in the table below. We try hardest to deliver your items within the delivery period. A separate email with the tracking number details will be sent once the order has been processed.
